Q: How long does the custom design process take?
A: On average, bespoke pieces take 3 to 5 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush timelines can occasionally be accommodated depending on the complexity of the design and stone availability.
Q: Can I use my own heirloom diamond or gemstone?
A: Yes. We frequently reset heirloom stones into contemporary designs. During our initial consultation, we will inspect the stone’s specifications and structural integrity to ensure it can be safely reset.
Q: What is the minimum budget or starting cost for custom jewelry?
A: Custom settings typically start at $1500, excluding the cost of the center diamond or primary gemstone. Final pricing depends on chosen metal, accent stones, and the center gem selected.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Q: Are your diamonds certified?
A: Yes. All major center diamonds are accompanied by third-party grading certificates from internationally recognized institutions, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI).
Q: Do you work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
A: Yes. We curate both ethically sourced natural diamonds and high-grade lab-grown diamonds, providing complete transparency regarding origin, cut quality, and market value for each.
Sizing, Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I determine my ring size?
A: We recommend visiting a local jeweler to be measured with standard sizing bands. We can also provide a complimentary digital sizing guide upon request.
Q: Can my ring be resized after delivery?
A: Most rings can be resized up or down by 1–2 sizes, depending on the setting style (e.g., full eternity bands cannot be resized). We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery on eligible pieces.
Shipping, Security & Policies
Q: Is my shipment insured?
A: Yes. Every order is shipped fully insured with strict signature-upon-delivery requirements. Tracking details are provided as soon as the parcel is in transit.
Q: What is your return policy on custom orders?
A: Because bespoke pieces are commissioned and handcrafted specifically for you, custom orders are final sale. Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt in unworn condition.
